1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
✔ Course Cancellation by Cue Tune – If we cancel a course or lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
✔ Withdrawal Before Course Start Date – If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the course begins, you may receive a full or partial refund based on the type of course.
✔ Technical Issues on Our End – If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your lessons and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Failure to attend scheduled lessons without prior notice.
Partial course completion—no refunds for unused sessions once a course has started.
Digital product purchases (e.g., downloadable content, sheet music, or recordings).
Issues related to personal internet connectivity or device failures.
Refund requests submitted beyond the stated refund period.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
3️⃣ Approval & Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Rescheduling & Credit Options
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we offer the option to:
✔ Reschedule your class to another available time.
✔ Receive course credit that can be used for future lessons.
